Session Cost
The cost for a standard 55-minute session is $125.00.
Payment is made at the time of the appointment.
Types of Payments
Cash, check, debit and credit cards are accepted. (Please note there is a processing fee for debit and credit cards.) Additionally, HSA or FSA cards can be utilized for sessions.
Insurance
I am credentialed to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare private plans, Humana, as well as Medicare Part B. Statements or superbills can be provided upon request whether for insurance or private pay purposes.
